Dear Exhibitor:
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the 8th annual Western NC Safety & Health School in
Asheville, NC. Dates for the school are November 6th & 7th, 2008. This years event will be held at the
newly renovated Crowne Plaza.
We anticipate a flow of 400 attendees including HR managers, safety managers, medical professionals, industry owners and workers. Our program will include Wellness in the Workplace, Fall Protection, Homeland Security, Respiratory Issues, health related topics, workers compensation and OSHA emphasis & inspection. We have listened to our attendees and exhibitors and have made some changes we are excited to announce. This year we will be able to have outdoor demonstrations, mobile units and other educational opportunities!
This school is a terrific opportunity for companies and organizations to meet and network with a diverse audience whose interest range from medical needs, safety equipment to shoe and software needs. We are carefully crafting a program that addresses the needs of many different industries, including construction, medical, manufacturing and products as well as government and small businesses.
The exhibition registration fee of $350.00 includes:
- Continental breakfast both days and lunch on Thursday
- Social Reception Thursday night including live band
- Electrical hook up and standard display table
- Ability to join in the 8th annual Golf outing at Reems Creek, rated a four star course by Golf Digest
The exhibit hall is open November 6th from 8:00 – 5:00, November 7th from 8:00- until after 1st break of the day. Exhibitor set-up can be completed on November 5th from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Light snacks will be provided during set-up times. Space is assigned on a first come first serve basis.
