It is our honor to officially extend to you an invitation to the 2010 Western North Carolina Safety & Health Conference. Take a moment to browse the website and look at the exciting events occurring at this year's conference. We anticipate a flow of over 400 attendees including human resources managers, safety managers, environmental managers, medical professionals, funeral home directors, government sector employees, industry owners and workers.

 

This year our exhibitors will be located throughout the conference area (booth choice will be determined by order of registration). This newly constructed 16,660 square foot center will also be the location of the General Sessions, Main Keynote Speeches, breaks, lunch, and one track of breakout session classes. We are also opening our Exhibition Hall earlier than previous years and extending time on Day 2. 7:00am to 5:00pm on Tuesday, November 9th and 8:00am to 1:00pm on Wednesday November 10th will provide ample time to network. Exhibitor Hall will be open from 8:00am to 4:00pm on Monday. Exhibitor setup is Sunday from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. View Conference Area Map

The exhibition registration fee of $350.00 includes:

  • Booth complete with a standard size table, electrical hook up, and WiFi access
  • Ability to have outdoor demonstrations, mobile units and other educational opportunities
  • Attendance to all conference classes including two General Sessions and over 65 breakout session choices.
  • Continental breakfast Monday through Wednesday
  • Lunch Monday through Wednesday
  • Ability to join in the 11th annual Golf outing at the renown Grove Park Inn on Monday, November 8th (Additional fee required, cart included).
  • Experience Hands-on exhibits
  • Book-signings from the conference keynote speakers
  • Obtain an attendee contact list as well as meet many professionals during their visits to the exhibition hall
  • In addition we are listing vendors on our webpage and providing links to their website if the vendor so wishes. This can all be arranged during the on-line registration
  • Participation in General Sessions including keynote speeches and attendance in breakout sessions as time allows.

You can even tee it up in the Annual Captain's Choice Golf Event being held at The Grove Park Inn and Spa on Monday, November 8th. There are also opportunities to provide door prizes to be awarded in your name as well as sponsor golf holes which will include signage indicating your contributions. If you are looking to get your company name out there, we offer many opportunities for sponsorship (lunches, golf, receptions, etc).

This conference is a terrific opportunity for companies and organizations to meet and network with a diverse audience as well as gain some contacts for future business.
