The Breakthrough Leadership seminar finishes with the remarkable BREAKTHROUGH EXPERIENCE! If you want your team to attend an event they will absolutely never forget, there is nothing like this Breakthrough Experience! I’ve led board-breaking experiences more than a thousand times, and I never get tired of it. It’s so inspiring! I believe that we are all break-through leaders with the opportunity to help our family, friends, and teammates break-through from fear to freedom, from failure to faith, from impatience to patience, from good to great. We want to help our kids break-through and make good choices that keep them away from drugs, or decisions that can really affect their lives negatively.
So in this program I want to give participants an opportunity to have a real-life break-through experience. Everyone writes down on their one-inch thick wooden board something they truly want to break through in their life – a limit, fear, obstacle, habit, or doubt. It is the meaning you give to your break-through metaphor that creates the power in the experience. On the other side of the board participants get to be kids again. They get to write down what’s waiting for them when they’ve broken through!
The process of teaching board breaking teaches people how to be their best when their best is called for and teaches them about balance--physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. It teaches them about real teamwork because people are clapping and cheering. The unconditional support is AMAZING. So if you picture a room of 500 people there are 50 circles of 10 people each and one individual in each circle who holds the board for each participant. Everyone is clapping and cheering your name! The place is shaking, energy is soaring, and music is pounding. And when each person breaks his or her board, it is such a moment of clarity and focus and celebration! For many people, it’s the first time they’ve ever had a room full of people cheer for them ever in their lives. Every single participant emerges with a clear understanding of their Breakthrough Leadership potential!
